You will attract and select talent, organize recruitment days and guide the onboarding process of staff. You will work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute with creative ideas to improve candidate experiences or improve processes. What you will do
- Set up marketing activities to attract candidates
- Screen, interview and select candidates
- Organise recruitment days
- Assess and test candidates
- Prepare contracts and coordinate onboarding process
About you:
You are friendly and communicative, you know how to attract and hire the best possible talents and you have an extraverted personality.
- You have experience in recruitment
- You are familiar with job boards and additional marketing tools
- Your way of working is characterized by proactivity, independence and assertiveness
- You have excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and Polish skills would be an advantage
For this role a work permit for the Netherlands is required!

- A starting salary between €2,100.00 and €2,800.00 gross per month
