As a Recruiter within our team we offer you room for initiative and personal development.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What you will do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up marketing activities to attract candidates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screen, interview and select candidates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize recruitment days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess and test candidates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare contracts and coordinate onboarding process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>You are friendly and communicative, you know how to attract and hire the best possible talents and you have an extroverted personality.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have experience in recruitment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are familiar with job boards and additional marketing tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your way of working is characterized by proactivity, independence and assertiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and Polish skills would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For this role a work permit for the Netherlands is required!<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A starting salary between \u20ac2,100.00 and \u20ac2,800.00 gross per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel Allowance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holiday allowance 8.33%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company pension plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 days of annual leave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Growth and development opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Your workplace will be at the location &#8211; Rozenburg Schiphol.
