We have more than 20 years of experience in the air cargo transportation industry and know better than anyone how important it is to have quality and skilled personnel. Unfortunately, these very people are often hard to find. Especially for the general employment agencies. They are simply not familiar enough with our industry and the requirements we place on our personnel. This is why NFA was founded. Getting to work quickly<\/strong><\/h4>

Because we are located at Schiphol Airport, the lines are short and we can help you quickly. We know the ins and outs of the aviation industry and have built up a large network within the (international) logistics world. Thanks to our internal training we can provide you with skilled and reliable personnel. <\/p>

NFA ensures that before a candidate starts working for you, he has completed the proper training. We offer various (specialized) training courses, such as a forklift course or aircraft plate building training. In addition, all candidates are screened and assisted in obtaining their Certificate of No Objection (VGB). In this way, candidates are ready to start immediately and you are relieved in the training process of your new staff. <\/p>
