As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team in Venlo and support our Neutral Freight Academy (NFA) recruitment efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

🔍 Actively recruit candidates for various job openings, focusing on applicants with their own accommodation (NFA).
📢 Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and direct outreach.
🤝 Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for available positions.
🗂 Maintain and update the candidate database.
📋 Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
📄 Provide candidates with all necessary information regarding job offers, contracts, and company policies.
🚀 Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
🌍 Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in an employment agency or similar setting.
🗣 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
🌐 Fluency in Polish and English (Dutch or other languages are a plus).
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
